The Eklunds, Steven Hilary and Carl, present periodic online auctions filled with an ever-changing mix of modern, antique, designer, collectible and curious.

We produce our online sales utilizing either the Live Auctioneers platform, or on AuctionNinja.com under Clearing House Estate Sales. 

We pride ourselves on attractive, accurate photography and descriptions before the sale, and a helpful attitude towards our buyers throughout the auction and pick-up process.

We have been in the antiques business a collective 100 years (!) and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all categories of the trade. Our purview ranges from

• Coins, silver, gold, jewelry and watches
• Oriental rugs, country antiques and stoneware
• Fine art from all periods
• Mid-century modern furnishings, accessories and lighting

Our home base is a large warehouse in Stamford NY, in the northern foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Conveniently about 1 hour from either Hudson NY or Albany NY.

We are able to assess your needs, whether you are looking to liquidate a few items or an entire estate, and present you with workable options. 

Consignments can be professionally packed and moved into our storage facility to be sold at future auction. In cases where a house-full needs selling, we might advise letting us come in and process the items on-site for online sale. There are usually several ways to approach meeting your needs and we can tailor the options to fit your situation.

We work hard to accurately and attractively photograph and describe all items in our sales, and advertise the auctions to maximize our audience and bidding potential.
